Accountability always seems to be near the top of the list as an area of concern for business leaders. A company’s success is directly linked to execution, and accountability plays a big part in effective execution.

Creating a culture of accountability throughout a firm is not a short-term project, and it will take some time and focus. But guidelines like these “5 Keys” from John Spence can help provide a road-map.
