This leadership development conference often sells out months in advance. One of the most common requests we hear? “Do something local—so more managers can attend!”    So, we listened.  We’re thrilled to introduce **BEx Connex**—coming this fall!  ![BEx Connex - Leadership Development](https://blog.unleashresults.com/hs-fs/hubfs/BEx%20Connex%20-%20June%2017th%20article%20image.png?width=592&height=333&name=BEx%20Connex%20-%20June%2017th%20article%20image.png) > *"We believe that everyone deserves to work for a great boss. By hosting these types of events, we're equipping and enabling managers to be better bosses. And if they're better bosses, work is more rewarding. It's more fulfilling. We're better spouses, better parents, and better friends." * > > *Jeff Tetz, CEO & Partner at Results* ## What is BEx Connex? BEx Connex is a one-day, immersive, regional leadership event that brings bold ideas, practical tools, and meaningful human connection to leaders at all levels. Expect thought-provoking experiences, inspiring keynote speakers, and plenty of time to connect deeply with other leaders in your area.  We’ll dive into essential leadership topics like:  - [**Succession planning** ](https://blog.unleashresults.com/https/blog.unleashresults.com/succession-planning-process-guide/) - [**Organizational alignment** ](https://blog.unleashresults.com/the-results-four-cs-of-extraordinary-teams) - [**Accountability** ](https://blog.unleashresults.com/accountability-john-spence) - [**Effective communication** ](https://blog.unleashresults.com/communication-mistakes-and-their-fixes) - [**Managing up** ](https://blog.unleashresults.com/leadership-development-identifying-effective-leadership-traits) - [**Delivering hard feedback** ](https://blog.unleashresults.com/a-simple-way-to-improve-difficult-work-conversations) - [**Navigating healthy conflict** ](https://blog.unleashresults.com/navigating-conflict-in-communication) Our CEO, Jeff Tetz, shares the mission behind BEx Connex:  *“What we're trying to do here is connect leaders of all levels and provide them with fantastic information to help them become better. At the same time, our goal is to intentionally connect senior leaders with their next tier—those up-and-coming managers."*  Today, one of the biggest challenges facing mid-market companies is a [**disconnect between senior leadership and the next generation of successors**.](https://blog.unleashresults.com/what-is-succession-planning/) BEx Connex is designed to bridge that gap.  Jeff puts it perfectly:  *“The fastest way to improve business performance is to equip every manager with a shared set of skills, and align them around a common mission and game plan.”*  ## **The BEx Connex Difference**  While many leadership events are industry-specific or association-run, BEx Connex is different. We focus on [**timeless leadership concepts**](https://blog.unleashresults.com/exemplary-leadership-more-walk-less-talk) that attendees can apply immediately—regardless of industry, role, or experience level.  We also create an environment where people feel like they belong. Our philosophy? Treat every participant like a guest in our home.  At BEx Connex, you’ll experience:  - A welcoming atmosphere  - Authentic conversations  - Genuine human connection  We’re not here for small talk—we’re here to get real. We talk about what keeps us up at night, the goals we’re chasing, and the obstacles we face. And when like-minded leaders with different backgrounds get in a room together? The problem-solving magic happens.  > *“You’ll hear five different solutions to the same challenge—and walk away with the one that works best for you.”*  *Jeff Tetz, CEO & Partner at Results* **[![BEx Connex - Leadership Development](https://blog.unleashresults.com/hs-fs/hubfs/June%2017th%20-%20article%20image.png?width=552&height=311&name=June%2017th%20-%20article%20image.png)](https://unleashresults.com/events/)** ## **Join Us at BEx Connex**  The best investment you’ll make this fall is in your leadership growth. This is your chance to align your team, reignite your leadership journey, and build a stronger culture of growth.  You’ll leave with more than just ideas—you’ll leave with confidence, clarity, and connection. And maybe most importantly: the confidence that reminder that you’re not alone in this leadership journey.  > *“When you put your hand up and say, ‘Hey, I want to go through the messy experience of being somebody's boss,’ that’s where the inspiration begins.”*  In just one day, you, your senior leaders and emerging talent will gain real tools and shared language that drive execution.
