The value a great hire can have in your business can be game changing, while at the same time the cost and damage of a mis-hire can be devastating. Once again I appreciate John Spence and his ability to provide a “shortlist” for leaders to keep top of mind when it comes to hiring decisions: - Hire for attitude and aptitude (learning) – train for skills. - Hire slow and fire fast. - Use a world-class hiring and interview process.
